Veteran Healthcare and Enterprise SaaS Finance Executive Joins SIS to Support Continued Growth and Scale 

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Surgical Information Systems (SIS), a leader in healthcare technology and revenue cycle services for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), today announced the appointment of Patrick Orman as Chief Financial Officer.

In his role as CFO, Orman will lead the company’s Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Legal, and Information Technology functions, helping align strategy, investment, and execution as SIS continues to expand its market leadership and accelerate growth.

Orman brings more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, enterprise software, finance, product management, and commercial leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at Dynatrace, a publicly traded enterprise software company, where he helped drive finance transformation and support the company’s growth from approximately $400 million to more than $2 billion in annual revenue. During his tenure, he played a key role in Dynatrace’s 2019 initial public offering and helped build the company’s corporate reporting, business finance, and finance systems organizations while supporting more than 20 quarters of public company guidance and earnings results.

Prior to Dynatrace, Orman held product management and commercial leadership positions at Sanofi, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare strategy and operations.

Orman holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wake Forest University, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
