Asplundh Implements Co-President Structure, George E. Graham Jr. and David A. Fleischner Named to Role

HORSHAM, PA / ACCESS Newswire / May 5, 2026 / Asplundh recently announced the implementation of a new co-president structure designed to strengthen leadership alignment, operational effectiveness and long-term succession planning across the company. George E. Graham Jr. and David A. Fleischner, both grandsons of the company’s founders, were named to the new roles.

In addition to his new role as Co-President, Graham will retain his title as President of Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC, and will continue to oversee Asplundh’s American Electric Power and Puerto Rico operations.

Fleischner will serve as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Asplundh Vegetation Management. He will retain his current roles as Chief Operating Officer of Asplundh and will continue to have oversight of the company’s foreign operations, Aspen Grove Landscape Group, Fleet Services, Sustainability and several other vegetation operation regions in the United States.

Both will report to Asplundh CEO Matt Asplundh.
